"Hey guys, you know what? I cannot find my saved games on Xbox One. They are deleted and lost after updating to the latest version. I need to know how to recover the lost games saved on Xbox One? I don't want to start over. Help!"
According to Xbox, the latest version upgrade brings better support for Windows 10. However, for some users, updating their Xbox will result in data loss of all of their saved games. If you also have encountered such a similar problem as the cases above, and you're unable to get back your saved games on your own, now you can make it with the ways below.
Data recovery from Xbox one is a very complicated task, but possible with the help of capable EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard - EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard if the Xbox device is not encrypted. This tool enables you to efficiently recover deleted or lost saved game files on Xbox One hard drive as long as there is no overwriting of data. Apart from the deleted recovery, EaseUS data recovery program also supports recovering files from the formatted hard drive as well as retrieving data from lost/RAW partition on Xbox One.
If you don't want to try a third-party recovery application to restore deleted or lost game files, you may also choose to download the lost games one by one and re-install them in Xbox One hard drive. And you'll be able to play them again.
After you have successfully recovered deleted games saved on your Xbox One, create a backup copy of it. This will be helpful next time when you happen to across hard drive corruption, formatting, damage or accidental deletion. Remember, you can always use EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Wizard to help you recover data on Xbox One in the mentioned cases.
Since your Subnautica saves are saved locally on your PC (and not in the cloud), there will come a time when you need to back them up, transfer them, or want to share them with friends. When this time comes, you'll need to know where they're located. That's where we come in. The location of your Subnautica saves varies based on whether you're playing the game via Steam or Epic Games. Find help relevant to your installation below.
Do you know what you did right before the savegame got corrupted? Did you by any chance build a wall inside you base at the very edge of the build zone? This has caused savegame corruption for me, and I believe it has also affected other people (here and here).
I had a corrupted savegame a a couple of years ago with over 450 hours logged and all experimental weapons etc. I then took a half year break from the game, but then came back and played the campaign again.
It seems to me that the devs should make a system where people can make manual saves on a separate location other than the automatic saves and cloud saves. Especially on consoles. This way, if unfortunately a corruption happens, at least an old game-save can be restored.
Agreed. As described in my above mentioned topic there should be different savegame files for each character, the game settings, the overall progress (story, challenges) and (now added) the autosave.
I also thought savegame corruption was a thing of the past, until the Base Assault update, which it appears have introduced an even worse savegame bug that corrupts both the main and backup save (again).
I noticed over at Unreality that EzUnreal has released a new version of their UT map tool called UTMap. Here's a list of UTMap features:If you download maps while connected to a server, UtMap can rename and save these maps to your map folder. 2b1af7f3a8
