For a reset of your printer System Click on the The Apple Menu and then choose ' System Preferences'.
Select on the Printers and Scanners
Click on the CTRL' Tab and then right click simultaneously within the Printer List. A menu will open from which you need to choose "Reset Printing System".
Check if the printer is securely connected with your Mac device wirelessly or using cable.
Click on the +' button and select your Lexmark Printer Troubleshooting If it appears in the list. If not, click" Select Printer, Scanner or Add option.
Choose your printer from the list , then select the Add button. Mac OS will automatically download the most current software for your Canon Printer Offline. Take a while for the download to be completed and then install program and you are lexmark printer offline to use your printer.

Resetting your printer is the not solution of this problem. Secure printing is one the best method that I have ever used to sort out these problems. I am highly satisfies with this method.
1. On the printer display home screen, select the “set up” button (it looks like a gear). 2. Select “settings” > “device settings” > “reset settings” > “reset all” > “OK” and then “Yes.”
